All Meeting Rooms at Melbourne Central Executive Suites are efficient, fully equipped and versatile to help provide you and your business with the best preferred arrangement. Our Conference/Training Room is ideal for board meetings or training information sessions accommodating up to 20 people (can fit up to 25 if required). Our boardroom comfortably seats up to 8 people with two break-out rooms available on request, and our meeting room is ideal for interviews, and counseling sessions holding up to 4 people (has seating for 5 if required).
Situated in La Trobe Street in the heart of Melbourne city, we are conveniently located on top of the Melbourne Central city loop train station and we have easy access to tram and bus networks, banks, Qantas, Melbourne Central and QV Shopping Complexes and over 300 specialty stores and food shops.
Regardless of an hourly, half-daily or daily booking, our Meeting & Conference Room Facilities also have the following equipment for hire;

Please also note that some of the equipment and services will be pay as you go so please ask one our our friendly staff for the pricing of your preferred equipment use. All bookings require 48 hours notice otherwise full charges will still apply.

Meeting Rooms from $25 an hour, $140 for the day
Much cheaper than that of most Hotels, and a more friendlier environment to manoeuvre around for you and your guests. Our rooms are within 15 meters of our Main Reception area, allowing everything to be found to facilitate your meeting with quickness and ease.
Melbourne Central Executive Suites offers your business two fully appointed meeting rooms which comfortably seat from 1-25 people in an oval table setting in all 3 rooms.
You will have access to a professional and modern environment, executive tables & chairs, conferencing, telephone & wireless connection from each meeting room, visitor profiles & announcement of clients, tea, coffee & filtered water to name but a few of the perks.
You will have access to a large-screen television, video, and electronic white boards as well as data-projectors and additional audio-visual equipment upon request to help facilitate your meeting with us.
You have altogether the choice of 3 rooms, all of which can be booked through our friendly receptionists by dialing +61 3 9667 0244. If this is your first booking with us, then they will find out your exact requirements and book you into the best room to suit your needs. They will also require your credit card details to secure the booking. Main Reception and the Staff of MCES will do it all for you so you can sit back and relax, in the knowledge of it all coming together perfectly on the day.

PARKING ON THE DAY
For your information, metered parking is available along LaTrobe Street and behind us on Lt LaTrobe Street. Coins are required to feed the ticket machine.
Alternatively, all day parking is available next door or across the road at Smart Park being $8.00 an hour and a maximum of $28.00 per day. If you are in before 10am and out after 3pm then the early bird special is $12.00 per day.
A'Beckett & Franklin Streets have a special with parking before 9.30am and out after 3pm for $10.00 a day.
